The Rent Purpose window contains a list of reasons for renting out premises that you can use when registering new tenants in your system. These should be adopted by the organisation when registering tenants in your organisation.
How to add rental purposes
To add the rent purpose you go to Support Files/Rent Purpose and a screen like the one below shows up:
Note that this is the reason for renting out the organization's premises to clients.
Click on the Add button to add the new purpose and repeat this for all possible purposes.
Then click on the Close button to exit the menu.
How to delete\modify rental purposes
To delete\modify the labels you go to Support Files/Rent Purpose and a screen like the one below shows up:
From the list of the displayed labels in the scroll space, click on the rental purpose that you want to delete\modify, e.g., "Restaurant". The variables for the selected label will be displayed in the Label for Item text box.
To modify the label make the necessary changes and click on the Update button. To delete the label click on the Delete button and repeat this for all purposes that you need to delete\modify.
Then click on the Close button to exit the menu.
